Logic Manufacturing App
Operators enter the data directly into the app, this data is then safely stored in the 'Cloud' and reflected in realtime in Logic Dashboard (Web App), where it can be visualized, analyzed and show live KPIs.
Through the Logic App's highly intuitive user interface, Operators can make product 'change overs' and switch operators profiles in just a couple of taps, no need for mayor steps or print new reports for each change over.
Andon System is seamlessly integrated into the app. With a few taps operators are able to ask for help or loging down-time.

The App is highly intuitive, so even the newest operators can use it. It uses big, bold icons and the color scheme is high contrast, to make it easy to find and execute the task at hand.
Fast Data Entry

Add or remove defects.
Operator can easily add or remove defects from the board with simple hand gestures:

Add a defect: Tap on a defect.

Remove a defect: Slide from left to right.

Modify defect quantity:
Tap on the number and a keyboard will appear so you can add, subtract or modify it!

Setup rules on the Logic Dashboard, when you want to be notified, depending on the number of defects entered in the Logic App by the operator. You can also setup a troubleshooting checklist for the operator to follow, in order to resume operations.
Operator Rotation
Change user profile in just two taps.
Eventually, operators will need to rotate from station to station. Switching profiles on the Logic App it's easy, just tap on the operator Profile name on the top left and the app will display different profiles to choose from.
Product Change Over
Tap and chose from the list, the next product to run.
Just that easy! when there is a change over in the production line, operator just tap on the 'Part Number' on the top right of the App and it will display the Production Plan for the day, which can be programmed in the Logic Dashboard (Web App) by the Line Supervisor.
Andon system

If an Operator requires help with the process or have any doubt, they can tap on the 'Help' icon on the bottom right, the app will display a screen where the operator can choose which department they required the help from and on which Equipment, also can indicate the priority 'Normal', 'High' or 'Critical', and then Tap the 'Big Orange Button' to send the request.
Log Down-Time
Log Down-Time, is just has easy and fast as to call for help, but instead of designating a priority, operator will tap the 'Clock' icon, the app will register the actual time as the beginning of the down-time event. Operator can change the time by tapping on the clock's digits, for a more precision time record.
In Logic Dashboard (Web App), you can manage all the Andon events and assign a responsible to perform root cause analysis.
Logic Dashboard
Manage, Visualize and Track all the data collected by Operators using the Logic App, all in real time and from any computer with an internet connection.
All data is processed and securely store in the cloud (AWS) and delivery to you through the Logic Dashboard Interface.

Once you acquire the number of licenses you need for your Organization, we'll send you an email with your credentials and detail instructions on how to setup your Logic Dashboard account and start adding tablets to track the defects on the production floor.
